Wave type selection

1. If the PC wave board is used as the lighting belt, the PC wave board and the color steel plate specification model can be approximated.

2. If the PC wave board is used as the sunroof, the PC wave board and the color steel plate specifications are the same.

note:

1 If the span of the purlin is too large, the PC/frp waveboard may be warped and deformed, causing water leakage.

2 It is recommended to use a thickness of 1mm--3mm or more.

Third, lap

1, the side overlaps the ordinary color plate

It is recommended that the PC/frp board be placed on the color steel tile, and the pressure strip on the PC/frp wave board can be made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy or color steel plate. The width of the bead is about 30 mm, the longitudinal rib is better, the thickness is ≥ 0.5 mm, and the support is better at the lap joint.

2, sandwich composite wave board

If it is overlapped with the sandwich composite wave plate, the support pin is added to the screw fixing to better fix the PC/frp lighting plate.

3, sandwich tablet

If the PC/frp wave plate is overlapped with the sandwich plate, the foam of the sandwich plate lap joint is dug, and the reverse side of the PC/frp trapezoidal wave is used for the front side.

4, vertical overlap

Generally, the longitudinal lap length is >300mm. If the PC/frp wave plate is inconsistent with the color steel plate, the lap length should be >500mm.

Fourth, fixed

1. The diameter of the fixed nail head should be 1.5 times larger than the diameter of the screw handle, and the waterproof glue should be applied. Do not directly press the surface of the screw head to reduce the pressure.

2. The upper screw should not be too tight, otherwise it may cause stress and cause partial crack on the plate surface.

3, waterproof glue can not use PVC rubber pad or asphalt component of waterproof tape; sealant, must use neutral glass glue, do not use acid glue.

4. During the installation process, the two ends must not be fixed first and then fixed in the middle. The one end should be fixed first and then constructed in the same direction, otherwise the intermediate stress will be concentrated and the product will be deformed or cracked.

5. Since the linear expansion coefficient of the PC/frp board is about 6 times larger than that of the metal material, it must be drilled on the board before the hole is fixed, and the self-tapping screw must be placed in the middle of the aperture, otherwise The displacement and insufficient reservation during thermal expansion and contraction cause cracks or shrinkage deformation of the PC/frp plate around the self-tapping screws.

6. Calculation of reserved expansion space; expansion value = linear expansion coefficient × length × maximum temperature change value Linear expansion coefficient of PC/frp board = 7 × 10 mm / mm / ° C For example: PC / frp board of length 1000 mm, such as day and night If the temperature difference is 30 °C, the reserved expansion space should be at least 2.1 mm. For example, with a Φ5mm self-tapping screw, the diameter of the PC wave plate is >2.1mm+5mm=7.1mm.

7. If a layer of PC/frp plate or color tile is added under the wave board, the metal layer of the lower PC/frp board must be added. Otherwise, the PC/frp board will cause the PC/frp board to sag, causing the screw. Cracks appeared in the surrounding PC/frp plate.

Five, clean

Pc/frp surface dust, dirt is generally wiped with a soft cloth or sponge with a neutral detergent, and then rinse thoroughly with water.

6. Chemical corrosion

1. It is forbidden to contact with the surface of unsoiled cement, acid and alkaline substances.

2. It is forbidden to contact with organic solvents such as benzene, gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, Tianna water, turpentine or glue containing such ingredients.
