TIANSU SUPER A polycarbonate honeycomb composite panels can provide a unique solution for your architectural needs.
Using the same unique bonding process of TIANSU, OUR development team created TIANSU SUPER A; an array of handcrafted panels, available in a vast selection of colour finishes, cut to customer-specified shapes. These panels are manufactured by applying glass or polycarbonate outer skins to coloured acrylic or coloured honeycomb centres, creating the ‘‘fish-eye’’ effect, synonymous with our standard TIANSU SUPER A range.
TIANSU SUPER Aoffers a more translucent effect than that of our standard TIANSU SUPER A and Grade A ranges. Light is absorbed and diffused through our panels, projecting onto the opposite wall, ceiling or floor, creating an environment not dissimilar to that of a stained-glass window.
Ideal for both structural and non-structural applications, our TIANSU SUPER A panels introduce colour and light to any project. The product shares the same traits as our standard SUPER A range; these panels are not only lightweight and beautiful but also incredibly strong.
Connector profiles need to run the full length of the sheet
UV side is facing outwards (UV side will be indicated on polyethylene film adhered to the sheet and laser etched onto the edge of the sheet)
Apply Aluminum tape along the top flutes and Vented tape along the bottom flutes
Leave 1/8”” per 4 feet to allow for thermal expansions
